What to declare...The What to declare section presents the various types of declaration and types of products to be declared via Déclaration-Synapse.
Unsolicited declarationThe Unsolicited declaration section identifies, among other things, certain regulatory obligations to be complied with by companies placing chemical products on the French market.
It also points out the advantages of spontaneously declaring any chemical product placed on the French market without waiting to be obliged to do so by the deadlines set by the regulations.
Biocidal productsThe Biocidal products section gives in detail the characteristics of the biocidal products that it is mandatory to declare to INRS.
Plant protection productsThe Plant protection products section gives the characteristics of products used for plant protection that, under certain conditions, must be mandatorily declared to INRS.
Other productsThe Other products section gives the characteristics of chemical products (except for declarations of biocides and of plant protection product) that, under certain conditions, must be mandatorily declared to INRS.
Declarations on requestThe Declarations on request section explains that companies are required to answer any request from INRS or from the CAPTVs.

NewsletterThe Newsletter section informs the user about any changes in the French regulations relating to the products. It is available to any visitor as a download from the website, and it is sent electronically to any declaring person who so wishes, if they register on the dedicated distribution list.
